About TLC Consult

TLC Consult is a relative young company housing extensive experience in Central and Eastern Europe, the Russian Federation, Ukraine and other former USSR Republics. More recently TLC has focused primarily on Bulgaria, Romania and Serbia.

From initiating and executing institutional projects from 1990- 2000, TLC has geared its activities more towards business development in the new millennium.

TLC emphasizes joint venture development as a key instrument for lasting and profitable business development. In this respect job creation (by optimizing domestic added value) and sustainable management of natural resources are considered essential.
