PSO (Dutch program for cooperation with Central and Eastern Europe)
TLC has specialized in formulating successful projects for the Dutch PSO subsidy program especially in the agrifood sector.

Partner search (matching)
TLC has built up an intricate network especially in the agri sector in the Balkan. Several contacts have been facilitated between companies in the Netherlands and Bulgaria, Serbia and Romania.

Joint venture creation
TLC can advise, support and if required realize the establishment of legal entities in Bulgaria, Serbia and Romania through its extensive network.

Feasibility studies
Feasibility studies can be executed and business plans can be prepared for both financial institutions and/or donor organizations. If export of capital goods is involved the study can be subsidized by the PESP program.

Financial engineering
TLC can supply services related to financing through subsidy programs like PSO (Dutch bilateral support program for Central and Eastern Europe) and Sapard (EU investment program) or through financial institutions like the NIB (Netherlands Investment Bank) and others.

Development of eco-tourism
TLC actively developes eco-tourism projects. For example TLC is building a hotel in Kovachevitsa, a medieval village in the Southern of Bulgaria.
